Product Name:Nonstandard Slab Formwork

Nonstandard slab formwork is widely used in concrete pouring of slabs. Floor props or scaffoldings with

supporting heads are the supporting system. The main beam and secondary beam are timber beams with

plywood on the topside. The system has many advantages, such as simple structure, easy assembly and

dismantling, flexible location and being able to reuse.

The supporting head series

In concrete pouring of the slabs, supporting head series support the slab formwork. Some of them can

move early or quickly. Subject to the demand, various kinds of supporting heads are able to work together,

thus making construction work much more efficient.

After concreting, hit the pin plate to let it move.	When the pin plate move to the right position, the movable part of the head and main beam will come down.	Remove the main beam for reuse.
Lowering head Disassembly Progress

After the concrete pouring, hit the pin plate to let it move.	When the pin plate move to the right position, the main beam, secondary beam and plywood will come down in order.	Remove the timber beams, plywood, lowering heads and floor props.
